(200 word limit): Community Conservation Assistance Program (CCAP) is the most effective service/program that is statewide and is designed to provide homeowners, schools, community groups, churches and businesses and others with technical and cost-share assistance to implement Best Management Practices (BMPs) that protect water quality. BMPs include: Cisterns, Rain Gardens, Backyard Wetlands, Riparian Buffers, Pet Waste Receptacles
